OPENING SYSTEMS
Its opening system consists of at least two hinges depending on the weight and width of the door. These are located in the frame and on the side of the leaf, thus achieving a minimum loss of space through the door.

MATERIALS AND FINISHES
The door leaves can be made of different materials. We work with a wide variety of them, from plastic, wood and glass, to veneer, marble or fabric coatings. Another highly demanded option is the primer finish to be able to paint them later in whatever color.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
We deliver the fully assembled frame to facilitate its assembly and installation. And in the case in which it is required we also offer the assistance service on site.
INVISIBLE HINGED DOORS
Our hinged doors combine strength and design, thanks to the selection of high-quality materials. They are made with a radiata pine core, treated to eliminate any imperfections.
The interior is reinforced with high-density polystyrene, which ensures lightness and insulation, while both faces are covered with a 6 mm thick moisture-resistant HDF panel, providing a barrier against humidity and ensuring the door’s durability.
The door frame is composed of aluminum profiles designed to withstand daily use, providing smooth opening and closing over thousands of cycles. Additionally, the aluminum is coated with a primer layer that protects it from aggressive external agents such as cement, and serves as a base for applying any type of paint or finish.
The finishing possibilities are highly varied: you can opt for a door lacquered in any RAL color, or choose from different natural wood veneers, synthetic coatings, post-formed finishes, melamine, or even glass surfaces, adapting to all types of aesthetic preferences.
In terms of dimensions, hinged doors can reach up to 1250 mm in width and a maximum height of 3500 mm. We offer thicknesses of 45, 50, 60, or 70 mm, with an approximate weight of 14.22 kg per square meter.
